Instructions for filling up the Online Application form

 1.       First of all, obtain the prospectus either directly from the offices of Don Bosco College of Engineering and Technology, Azara or by post.

Cost of Prospectus : Rs. 500.00
DBU-PGET fees : Rs. 200.00
Postage charges (if applying by post) : Rs. 50.00

 Request by post must be sent to

Registrar (Admissions), Don Bosco University, Airport Road, Azara, Guwahati – 781017

 Along with

A DD for the requisite amount, drawn in favour of Secretary, Don Bosco Society, Azara, payable at Guwahati
  Your Name, e-mail ID and contact number
  A passport size photograph

 2.       When you get the prospectus, you will be provided with an application number and an activation key.

 3.       Once you have obtained the application number and the activation key, ensure that you have the following data in hand, before you proceed with filling up the online form:

Contact details of applicant and parents

                        §           Address

                        §           Contact Number

                        §           e-mail ID

Personal details such as

                        §           Date of birth

                        §           blood group

                        §           awards obtained for sports and co-curricular activities

Academic details

                        §           Subjects, marks obtained and marksheet number(s) of Class X

                        §           Subjects, marks obtained and marksheet number(s) of Class XII

                        §           Subjects, marks obtained and marksheet number(s) of Degree

4. Once you have confirmed the data you have entered and submitted it, it will not be possible for you to edit it any more. If it is necessary to edit the data you have already entred, please contact the offices of Don Bosco College of Engineering and Technology.

5.  After you have filled your online application, submit a passport sized photograph at the offices of Don Bosco College of Engineering and Technology and you will be provided with the Hall Ticket for the Entrance Test.

6.  The application form and the activation key that you have been given are important and will be required later. Please ensure that they are kept safely and confidentially.
