| 3:05 pm | Graduating students proceed in procession to the Convocation Hall |
| 3:45 pm | The Academic Procession assembles in the lobby |
| 3:55 pm | The Academic Procession arrives at the Convocation Hall (All present will rise from their seats as the Academic Procession enters the hall and will remain standing for the National Anthem immediately thereafter) |

| 4:03 pm | Lighting of the Lamp & Invocation (Moments of prayer followed by a prayer dance) (All present will maintain a respectful demeanour during the invocation and the prayer dance) |
| 4:12 pm | The Chancellor declares the Convocation open |
| 4:15 pm | The Vice Chancellor delivers the Welcome Address and the Report on the University |
| 4:25 pm | The Chancellor addresses the graduates |
| 4:35 pm | Awarding of Medals of Honour |
| 4:45 pm | Speech by the Guest of Honour |
| 5:00 pm | The Vice Chancellor confers the various Degrees |
| 5:15 pm | The graduates take their solemn pledge |
| 5:20 pm | The Valedictorian delivers a speech |
| 5:25 pm | Presentation of Gold Medals and Awards to meritorious students |
| 5:30 pm | The Governor delivers the Presidential Address |
| 5:50 pm | The National Anthem is sung |
| 5:50 pm | The graduates are given a final solemn farewell (All present join in singing 'God be with you till we meet again') |
| 6:00 pm | The Vice Chancellor distributes the various Degree Certificates |
| 6:45 pm | The Chancellor declares the Convocation closed |
| 6:50 pm | The Academic Procession leaves the Convocation Hall (All present will remain standing till the procession leaves the hall) |
