The Bachelor of Honours in Public Administration at Don Bosco University introduces students to a blend of administration and management while learning about various administrative thinkers and examining the administrative set up of a government. Students will learn the important roles of decision making, chain of command, division of labour, motivation etc and how these affect the functioning of an organization / government and performances of the employees
