The University has a Theatre located in Academic Block V with an aim to promote performing arts including classical and modern dance forms, dramas, musicals, short plays etc. The purpose of having a theatre at the University is to build and encourage creativity, empathy, confidence, communication skills, collaboration, and cultural understanding among our students.

Theatre allows students to explore their imagination and create new characters and worlds. It can help students develop the ability to think creatively, which is a valuable skill in many fields.

Theatre can also help students learn to break down narratives and themes to uncover underlying messages. It can also help students develop the ability to think critically and solve problems. Theatre can help students develop empathy by allowing them to explore different perspectives. It can also help students develop emotional intelligence, which is important for building healthy relationships. Theatre can help students build confidence by encouraging them to step outside of their comfort zone and take on different roles.
