The Department of Hospitality & Hotel Administration is a constituent unit established in the year 2021 under the Assam Don Bosco University. The Department offers a degree program that caters to four main areas; Food production, Food and Beverage Service (F&B), Front office, and Accommodation Operations. The department is equipped with an outstanding upgraded Food Production lab, Bakery & Confectionery lab, housekeeping lab, Training Restaurant equipped with Bar, Front Office lab, Computer lab, Digital classrooms, and Wi-Fi facility. The Department aims to provide high-class education to meet international hospitality standards and professional competence to students. The department has adequate facilities to support teaching, learning, and research activities under the mentorship of experienced and highly qualified faculty members. About Under Graduate Program:
B.Sc. in Hospitality & Hotel Administration is a three-year undergraduate program exclusively designed to prepare students for the continuously evolving hospitality industry. The program outline is prepared to offer a perfect blend of theoretical knowledge and practical exposure to the students through subjects like Front office, Housekeeping, Bakery and Confectionary, Food Production, Food, and Beverage Service, etc. Comprehensive academic education is the bedrock of this Bachelor's program.
